Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC (CBC), commonly known as ComBank, is a privately owned licensed commercial bank in Sri Lanka. Listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange, it holds the position of the largest private bank in Sri Lanka concerning net worth and capital. Ranked third in total net assets, CBC trails only the state commercial banks—Bank of Ceylon and People's Bank. Designated as a higher-tier domestic systemically important bank by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, it operates through a network of 268 branches and approximately 932 ATMs across the country.
